Two Random (Related?) Thoughts

I wonder to what extent the primary factor in the forming of the golden calf at Mt. Sinai was patience, the people’s inability to rest from activity and production?

Even the most rugged SUV is overall far less efficient at tackling a given terrain than walking is.  It only makes the movement a little faster.

    walking can gain energy.

    talking can deplete it.

in long walks, i don’t see the point of patience if you’re moving.

but then again, i have no where to end up but dead.

what are you reading from anyways??

That’s a pretty cryptic comment . . . as was the post I suppose. In the midst of all my other reading I am trying to keep on the radar some biblical notion of Sabbath and how it might inform other developing thoughts. Nothing more clear than that.
